EdWell Education is an English Tutoring Service founded by Dr Jenny Wells. I provide quality English tutoring within a framework of respect for individual differences and personal ambitions. I also offer a counselling/coaching service which supports students in achieving their goals. I have a strong belief  that all students can experience a sense of achievement if they are sufficiently motivated and are willing to apply concerted effort.

My achievements include guiding an individual student to attaining 13th in the state in the HSC and an entire cohort to 4th in the state. Both my Advanced and Standard students consistently achieve Band 6 in the HSC Examination. As Head of English at PLC Sydney I improved the English results  by over 80% and created an English Department which was recognised as one of the most successful in the state. I also have a strong record of improving the performance and self-confidence of students who are experiencing a range of learning difficulties. I enjoy working with motivated students and require that my students are fully engaged in the tutoring process.

I operate from the belief that English, apart from being a mandatory subject in the HSC, is also a pathway to the freedom which comes with a greater understanding of  oneself, others, and the wider world.
