I have worked as a student support counsellor and coach in the Independent School System. My work with adolescents focuses on empowering the client to make positive choices which will ensure confidence and self-esteem.

 

I am  qualified to provide individual counselling, group workshops, meditation sessions, mediations, and academic support. I am particularly experienced in the support of adolescents with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorder issues, HSC challenges and learning difficulties.My aim is toprovides a therapeutic framework of encouragement, care and collaboration.
