1. Tutoring sessions will be of 60 minutes duration, unless otherwise specified or negotiated prior r to commencement.

2. Tutoring sessions will be conducted on a weekly basis unless otherwise stipulated.

3. The tutoring program will generally coincide with school terms but this may alter at my discretion. Students will be given ample notice of any disruption the the schedule.

4.Holiday tutoring is available but may be conducted at a higher charge.

5. Cash or direct deposit payment is acceptable before, on the day of, or immediately following the tutoring appointment.

6.A reminder text will be sent the day before the session as confirmation, and no response will be interpreted as confirmation.

7.If a session is cancelled or rescheduled the day before the session, no charges will apply.

8. If a session is cancelled on the day, without legitimate reason, a charge of $45 will apply.

9. If notice of non-attendance is provided within one hour of the set appointment, full charges for the session will apply.

10. If a student misses two or more consecutive sessions without valid reasons, tutoring will be terminated and the session time allocated to another student.

11. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if circumstances arise.

12. I reserve the option to suspend or terminate tutoring if a student is does not engage fully in the tutoring process.
